chore: cleanup console logs and test directories
- Remove commented console.log statements from main.ts
- Add test output directories to .gitignore:
- playwright-tests/
- test-playwright/
- test-playwright-results/
Keeps repository clean by excluding test artifacts and removing
unused logging statements.
