e85ad529df add prompt for a passkey and a start at creating a JWT out of it

66aeb7ed29 retrieve the correct passkey just created (doesn't validate JWT)

b7901f6c88 derive DID for issuer

3f002cb4f2 gets past code errors and now gotta verify signature (note that had to add Buffer in asn1 lib)
