  - Detailed breakdown of all 8 enhancements
  - Verification results and commit references
  - Updated last updated date
- TODO-REVIEW-REPORT.md: Updated medium priority section
  - Marked all 8 Phase 2 enhancements as complete
  - Updated status and last updated date
