If enabled (in 'Advanced'), it now provides a page where the Bountiful Voluntaryist Community has shortcuts for their regular assertions & confirmations.

This is a stepping stone for more general bulk confirmations.

add screens for the shortcuts for the BVC group (doesn't submit yet) 866dcb3a2a
