feat(android): update Capacitor assets and fix Xcode project version

- Generate new launcher icons for all densities (mdpi, hdpi, xhdpi, xxhdpi, xxxhdpi)
- Update both regular and round icon variants
- Fix Xcode project version numbers (0920 -> 920)
- Add missing file provider paths meta-data
