docs: Add JSDoc comments to DIDView methods

- Add detailed JSDoc comments for all methods in DIDView
- Improve method descriptions and parameter documentation
- Group related methods with descriptive comments
- Add return type documentation where applicable
- Clarify method purposes and side effects

The changes improve code documentation by:
