<BR>2. I think we don't always hold people accountable for their actions. We should never reward people for bad behavior. i.e. We should not give someone an on the spot award to help offset costs for a conference that the employee should have not went to in the first place.

<BR>3. Overall the team communicates well. However, sometimes the Division Chief and a particular Branch Chief don't always agree. I feel like I am in t he middle at times. It makes my position difficult, because we have to execute as a unified front. Considering we have to ensure our largest customer is happy. It is okay to agree to disagree at times, but it is important we commit to execute to what the final orders are.
