Sounds interesting but what I want to know is what about people like me who have gone through college, who has a family, bills and so on and wants to move into a system programmer job but cant. They didnt have the mainframe charter 9 years ago when I was in school. I cant afford to go back to school now nor do i have time and everyone wants experience, but all the experience I can get is in computer ops.
