I attribute this to lack of time/resources but team members could see it as lack of interest or disagreement with the suggestion.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::our services are fairly simple (develop websites) but the goals/mission/spirit of the company are less articulated&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::i often make decisions unilaterally&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::to criticize myself, Id say i listen with great interest and often agreement, then fail to take action on whats been discussed&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::i often let poor-performers slide or have stronger performers take up their slack. would like to improve that and make each person responsible for pulling their own weight&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::im quick to accept responsibility and promise resolution at our expense. this has led to the company taking a financial hit for mistakes that might have been avoided&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::all team members operate somewhat independently. would like to foster collaboration more&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::i form an individualized relationship with each team member&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::i try to do this annually - and sometimes dont even make that.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::i dont do enough to formally encourage growth and development
