I read alot John Maxwell from time to time though and am reading "How Successful People Think" right now.::&Im not, to be honest. I give my employees raises based more on longevity than performance. I will bonus them however, for exceptional performance if cash flow allows.::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::I feel a positive-minded environment is key to improving everyones performance, including mine.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::And many times they are correct.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I must admit that sometimes my Least Favorite jobs during the day will be pushed to the next day for completion. Im trying to be more consistent in this regard.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Sometimes Im giving them a more calculated response or reaction because Im not quite sure what to make of their statement. Id rather take my time and think about how what they just shared will impact the company.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::I have to think about how grievous the mistake is and how best to prevent that mistake from happening again. I take my time and approach change cautiously.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&Id like to be a bit more demanding of my people and make them more accountable on a job-by-job basis.
