She is an eloquent speaker and strong presentation skills. I believe there are many people who feel this way. There is never a time when you do not know where you stand with her. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Again, there is a misconception that Theresa is not personable. I do not know where this misconception stems from because as far as I can tell, Theresa is always willing to hear other points of views. I believe people might feel threatened with her very straighforward attitude.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I believe that in such a busy office, it is quite easy for employees to play the "blame game." Employees can get frustrated with quick turn around of tasks and projects required to meet suspenses and or milestones. This is just, in my opinion, the nature of this office. I have seen both sides to this: people taking full responsibility for oversights or carelessness. I have also overheard people exclaim their dissatisfaction with tight deadlines and their inability to meet them.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::includes informal discussions on areas of improvement.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&- Availability
