&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::you need to be careful. he holds grudges, never lets go of them.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::some thinkgs, ok, others didnt show any consistency&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::more focused on her ipod, computer, anything else that was happening. no eye contact&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::too straightforward. didnt show any finesse in how she said things. just blurted it out in front of all&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::she did too much of this. she should make a decision and go with it.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::other team members were treated as if they were a real pain to her. her pov was the most important. if it agreed with hers ok, otherwise you were in trouble.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::if you did something wrong, she came down on you with both feet. if you did soemthing well, you never heard from her&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::i must admit, she always did take sresoponsibliity for mistakes, what went wrong, disasters&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::depenedd on which day of the week what esle was going on&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::she was ok here&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::yes for constructive, no for positive. she just expected good results, never gave reinforcement for it. look out if you did someting wrong&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::she did emphasize this.&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::if it was her idea it was good. if it was yours it was bad. or if you had a good idea, shed say she came up with it. annoying&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::her in your face style about her expectations were rude.&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::only emotion she understood was rage, because she had so much experience expressing it to others&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::ok, but we had to get after her to do what she was supposed ot do&all ov the above::she needs a lot of work. dont know that shell ever be a good team member
