&The company is organized to provide electrical contracting and other related services to customers.::&examples of such behaviors -- person is visable to others throughout the company - he knows others and the others appear to know him ---- he holds himself accountable, and holds others accountable as well.::&In some cases I believe that he is trying to use the Leading by example model. ::&Not sure that the person has focused on leadership improvement.::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Jim is very dedicated to the company. He perceives his role to be that of a caretaker of the company and the companys assets.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Jim can get argumentative when faced with a different point of view.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Jim is usually pretty straightforward with me -- not sure or clear how he deals with others in the orgazization.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::When faced with a difficult decision, my experience with Jim is that he consults with others who he percieves are more knowledgeable on the subject before he ultimately arrives at a decision or a plan. He appears to do this because of a) his insecurity, and b) he needs someone to blame in the event a bad decision was made or the results / outcome is different than had been hoped for.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Only if needed / solicited.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::At times Jim will "stew" about things before dealing with the situation.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Im not aware as I am an outside contractor of the business and Im not at the company regularly.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::He holds people accountable for their decisions and actions.&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::Not that Ive seen.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::See previous comments --- Im an outside contractor of the company.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Jim will usually follow company directive and goals, however if its not in synch with his position it may take him longer to get there.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&See previous comments.::
