Consistency in branding and more regular reiteration of purpose could benefit employees and expand business opportunities.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&&&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Although I do not work with those managed by Jason, but rather with his management team, I can say that Jason has a great deal of personal responsibility and pride in his work&&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I deal with many people at RAI who are very dedicated to the company and seem satisfied with the direction RAI is going. I think that areas of improvement are identified and talked about positively.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Jason seems to have a great deal of sensitivity to handling situtations and personalities properly.&&-Vision
