&This person provides technical advice, guidance and exert consultation to the CERDEC-HQ, subordinate CERDEC Directorates, on all issues related to policy, planning, coordination and execution of facilities management and related project management, engineering, planning construction, modifications, budget responsibilities, operation of facility program and services, maintenance and operations, contracting and real estate. Advice on modifications in facilities; number and types of beneficiaries to be served in house and economical impact of long term sustainment of facilities and real property management programs, and reporting, and alternative facilities options for providing care. Plan, schedule, and executes facility transformation plans and projects concerned with research, analysis, evaluation, and completion of facilities and Real Property management programs and reporting, involves operations, maintenance, repair and construction. ::&This person has proven to be a good, effective leader. she directs, coordinates, and plans work to be accomplished by subordinates. Assigns and evaluates work, advice on administrative matters, interviews candidates for positions within the Facilities and Real Property areas, resolves complaints from subordinates, effects measures to improve work productivity and quality, and develops performance standards.
