There are too many people that are just content with how things are run, I look for others that try and improve certain things.::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I try to emphasize that boxes of parts that we have lying around are boxes of money, whereas many employees dont see it that way.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::If they disagree with me I will let them air their opinion.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Some conversations are not appropriate in the work place and I will tell them that.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::try and keep up to a certain standard&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Some will go out on a limb to blame others which they might have had a part in the problem. I look for ones that take responsibility and ask, "How do we avoid this happening again?".<BR>&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Some arent willing to change certain aspects of what we, the company, are trying to improve. An example would be the integration of technology into our company.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&Time management, Communication, and Coaching/Developing employees. ::
