&To deliver a high quality product to our customer and doing so in a timely fashion to completely satisfy our customer.::&My ability to lead by example and applying my various skills to my employees. ::&I tend to abide by The Oz Principle, with how competitive the work world is it is polluted with the whole he said/she said crap. I look for ones that take responsibility and ask, "How do we avoid this happening again?".<BR>&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Some arent willing to change certain aspects of what we, the company, are trying to improve. An example would be the integration of technology into our company.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&Time management, Communication, and Coaching/Developing employees. ::
