&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I think it would be helpful to get the background information at times, to understand the "why" of the decisions that have been made.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Our work group tends to be open with ideas and I feel everyone is comfortable in expressing their points of view.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Id like all managers in our team to be straightforward with all members and talk in a positive tone if there are things that need to change. Inscape needs to value each individual and what they bring to the table. We need to have less tolerance for those who are here just putting in their time and who have a negative attitude about the company and management. Stick to our values and have less of a culture of gossip and negativity that drags down even the most positive minded people.::
