We rarely discuss performance as I dont have the time. In my experience, proposed changes are nearly universally based on fads, or facially dumb premises. Routine changes waste valuable time and diminish efficiency in the short term, with little or no long term benefit, in my experience. Accordingly, I actively resist, and do not openly brace new ideas when dealing with a change.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::My goals are quite simple - perfect client service. The companys goals are similar, but seem to be more profit-driven than service driven. While these goals overlap, they also diverge. My goal is always satisfaction over profit.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I dont dwell on emotions. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Those who work for me and with me know and understand my expectations. &More open communication with those who report to me. Ability to call attention to mistakes, rather than correct them myself without comment. Be more vocal with directions or objectives with which I disagree.::
