This is a merge into the existing PR for contacts, where it adds numbers of gives of hours that have been logged.

Turns out I've done the DB wrong in the existing PR, so that'll probably all change before recording: https://gitea.anomalistdesign.com/trent_larson/kick-starter-for-time-pwa/pulls/10
