- What tech can support growth of voluntary governance systems & experimentation?
  - Goal: an app fun for anyone to support collaboration: a KickStarter for Time
  - Belief: we can build by starting small & distributed, then growing
  - Belief: we can build with more than just currencies
  - Goal: make all kinds of proposals & agreements & outright donations, then discover to enable governance-building

- Tech values:
  - start with a standard data format (so you can take data with you)
  - iterate to perfect tech over time (still based on open standards)

- Future plans: coordinate with Freedom Cells, ShareBay, Goodlaw Network

- Ways to participate:
  - Help test & develop on your own projects.
