Add INTEGRATION_REFACTOR_CONTEXT.md that maps current codebase to the
Integration Point Refactor plan, including:
- Current state analysis and what needs to be created/modified
- Dependency mapping and implementation checklists
- Testing strategy and open questions
Also update AndroidManifest.xml files to register Application classes.
