# Testing Guide: ContactEditView.vue

## Component Overview

ContactEditView provides a full-featured contact editing interface with support for:
- Basic contact information (name, notes)
- Multiple contact methods with type selection (CELL, EMAIL, WHATSAPP)
- Data validation and persistence
- Real-time form updates

## Migration Changes Applied

### ✅ Database Migration
- **Before**: `databaseUtil` imports and direct `PlatformServiceFactory.getInstance()`
- **After**: `PlatformServiceMixin` with `$getContact()` and `$updateContact()` methods

### ✅ SQL Abstraction
- **Before**: Raw SQL `SELECT * FROM contacts WHERE did = ?`
- **After**: `this.$getContact(contactDid)` service method
