The term "fullIri" is for something slightly different than the "handleId", but in all current cases the "handleId" is more useful; in addition, there might be confusion between that and the "fullIri" so let's just remove "fullIri" for now and only use it someday if there's an important case for it.

Delete Branch "handleId-migrate"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
