fix: AmountInput increment/decrement functionality

- Add @click.prevent and type='button' to prevent form submission
- Remove debugging console.log statements
- Fix event handling to ensure proper button behavior
- Ensure parseFloat fallback with || 0 for NaN values

Resolves issue where increment/decrement buttons were not working
