fix: Remove explicit axios declaration in ClaimAddRawView

- Remove conflicting axios!: AxiosStatic declaration
- Let Vue's axios plugin handle injection naturally
- Fix HTTP request errors in raw claim editor
- Clean up unused AxiosStatic import
- Verified build and lint success
