He <BR>always delivered what he promissed&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::When forced to step out of his comfort zone he <BR>seemed to be quietly listening, but at the end <BR>with his questions and ideas showed that he was <BR>not only listening, but also open to new ideas&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::He may not have said that with words, but with his <BR>example he delivered a clear message of being <BR>commited, and that set the bar for the rest of us&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::He always keep us aware that behind any idea, there <BR>is a valuable person that deserves respect and being <BR>listened to.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::He always delivered what he promised and was open <BR>and ready to commit to whatever the team needed.&Communicating his ideas in a clear and simple way.
