Just like FCQ’s inform you about your student’s learning experience in your course, we intend this new end-of-semester questionnaire to inform us about your experience teaching online and working with the CU Online office (this evaluation excludes eCollege’s Helpdesk, or Prof Help). The survey will be used to evaluate our services each semester, identify service areas which need more attention, and provide a benchmark to measure our service performance over time. Results will be reviewed by the Online Faculty Advisory Committee and be made available to all faculty using Blackboard or eColleg |
