&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Communications between the supervisors, project managers, and administrative staff is not the best. I often feel that were only given the information we need/tasks to do at the last moment, leaving us scrambling to find the necessary information needed to complete the task we were just given. We are not given much lead time.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I definitely feel that there are certain moments where it is better for me to remain silent than voice an alternative idea. This does not happen often, but it has happened in the past.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Again, communication throughout the Facilities department is not the best. To me, its almost a "the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing" type of scenario.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::This is true in the majority of cases, but I have noticed (especially in large staff meetings) that not everyone pays attention.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::This is mostly true, but there are times when I have completed a task based upon how I previously did it (which was deemed acceptable) and suddenly this format was not okay, and I was not told in advance to alter what I was doing. Again, communication in this department is not the best.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Administrative assistants are usually the last to find out about anything new - new interns, work required for new projects, etc.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I assume this is the case, but I often do not see many of the interactions between the higher levels.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I dont know exactly how management handles this, but I know that I personally take responsibility for my own errors.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::I rarely get more than the occasional thank you for my work. However, this is not why I aim to do my best work all the time.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::We do listen to each other, but I dont think unique perspectives and backgrounds come into play.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::We have meetings about progress of projects and things, but team performance doesnt usually come up. (At least, not in the meetings I attend.)&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Very rarely do I see other team members attempting to teach others how to improve. I have shared some tips and tricks with others, but obviously I am not privy to all conversations.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::There are specific individuals who seem very resistant to changing how they do things on a daily basis, but from what Ive observed, most people adapt as needed.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Because I am sometimes the last person to know what is going on, it is occasionally hard to know what to expect.&Communication among the team. Providing adequate advance notice of coming tasks. Standardizing certain tasks so that they are done in the same way every time.::
