								&Ms. Passapera leads the human resources organization for CERDEC HQ.::&Ms. Passapera clearly demonstrates an understanding of human resources and does a very good job analyzing personnel data and articulating the status of the organization regarding personnel.::&I have not had significant opportunity to observe Ms. Passapera with her direct reports.
