His work is essential to th eproper operation of the division.::&John has a number of behaviors displaying effective leadership. he is clear and frank in his communications. He is persistent. He looks out for his people and leads by example. He displayes th efollowing: manages his time, meets regularly with his branch, communicates wiht his peers::&John appear to display a transactional leadership style.
