I dont think you would get a uniform response.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I think that I tend to focus on the outcome and how to get there. While I do listen I suspect other people can tell that I am not open to considering other points of view.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::If I am comfortable confronting the person and know that they will probably correct and improve I will.<BR><BR><BR>If I know the person will probably be stubborn and it will require a lot of effort to get them to change their behavior I will probably find a way to do it myself or work around them.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::In my current role the teams members tend to have a lot of excuses or blame to assign&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::I offer my own assistance frequently but I do not generally promote or reward collaboration or teamwork&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I think I probably focus too much on getting to the desired outcome and not on the people&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I try to lead by example by taking personal responsibility for my actions and results but I am inconsistent with those I manage. I probably am guilty of relying to heavily on those who perform consistently because I do not want to confront those who do not perform consistgently.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::The dept is very siloed and each silo seems primarily concerned with doing things they way they are used to doing them and not on what will most benefit the people we support. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::When it comes to learning and adopting new skills or changing expectations I do.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::I think I focus too much on getting the work done on time and correctly to avoid criticism.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&Portray confidence
