When you talk with her
you can tell that she is very focused on the
discussion.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Sylvie was probably the most likely to confront a
situation. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::No one on our team was very likely to confront
others when his/her performance was slipping. I
think everyone was just there to pick up the ball
and run.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Sylvie was very concerned about making sure that
she was able to do her share of the workload.
Even with Sylvie being the farthest away, she was
always ready to do what it takes to get the job
done even when it meant long days of travel to get
to the US or conference calls that carried over
from late afternoon to late at night in France.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Sylvie was usually open, but when she really felt
things were not correct or as they should be it
was difficult to bring her to a new consensus.
She really stands up for her point of view.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Sylvie was very personable and tried to understand
where others were coming from on their ideas and
point of view.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Without a doubt Sylvie worked hard on our project.
She did a lot of the "not fun" kinds of things -
work on putting the business plan together and the
4Q wording, etc.&Flexibility - more open to listen and maybe change
direction on some of the little things
::Overall, Sylvie has great leadership
characteristics. She is very poised, not easily
upset. She works well in team situations and I
dont think there is anyone that she could not
work with on any project. She is always looking
to take her share of the load even if it is not
the fun and exciting parts. She has the
confidence about her that comforts teammates and I
think maybe if she just became a little more
flexible she would definitely be the whole
leadership package.
