This affected his participation.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&Rick made great contributions but could not be counted on to come through as a team member.  He missed calls, skipped calls due to "issues" and did not always contribute his part.  He made appearances of being a strong leader, but was not.  He appears to show leadership in the company of executives, but didnt like to do the work.  He should follow through on commitments and be more willing to do the work.  ::
