&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::He shared his oppinions openly but seemed to ignore
other people´s, maybe because the great knowledge he
had about the project even before we started&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::He rarely shared with the team what he would do,
but normally announced what he did. He tended to
act independently and without openly sharing with
the team in advance. He did provided great and
highly valuable information, but usually by
infoming the team afterwards&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::He is very intelligent and with outstanding speed
of mind, and most of the time this makes him seem
distracted and not paying attention when other
share ideas with him.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::The message was very clear, but the wrong one. He
made the team feel that the message was: I already
know what needs to be done, I do not need anything
else and I do not see the need for all this
"teamwork" and sharing ideas.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::He acted on his own and then informed the team of
the result, if positive. At least twice during the
process, he made some specific comments with other
people that jeopardized the outcome of the
project, wihtout considering the perspective of
other team members.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Actually his attitude communicated the opposite,
but maybe because he was already two miles ahead
of the rest of us. Perception was that we missed a
great opportunity of learning from him because he
never looked back to see where we were on
following him.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::He seems to not even be aware of the problems.
Even when confronted directly, he seemed to be
surprised by the fact that something was perceived
as not working properly&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Maybe by not being fully concious of the way
situation was perceived by other team members, there
was nothing to feel responsability for.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Tends to act issolated and ignored specific team
efforts to share information and facilitate
communication in an organized way, like using a
centralized google site to keep project "official"
information and openly communicate whith the team
for important decisions, like sharing information
with others.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::No. He was strongly focused on the final result
and "winning", but forgot that we were a team and
another key objective was to learn and improve in
areas out of our own expertise&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Normally he shared his point of view and let us know
what needed to be done next.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Looking in retrospective, his attitude made the
rest of us to step up and do whatever needed to be
done to get the results. May sound as a
contradicition, but at the end this forced
everyone of us to do our best and overcome
whatever challenge we faced.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Not as an immediate reaction, but eventually he
accepted new ideas and incorporated them into what
was finally agreed by the team as the best solution&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::No.He tended to act independently and that made it
very difficult for the team to follow him.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::He seemed to not even care for other people´s
emotions and focused only on the result and be the
winner.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Finally he brouth to the team most of the
information we needed to reach and present our
conclusions. He was a key element on the team
success in what relates to information. The
process of interacting and sharing as team members
was very difficult, but as stated before, at the
end it worked for good and made us stretch and
overcome the obstacles.&People skills.
