He does promote collaboration at the peer level.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&&&&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Randy has a clear vision of where we are trying to go, even with the many detours that we encounter. this has little to do with whether people inour Division approve of our direction&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::i have found Randy to be very flexible when confronted with issues, he listens, thinks and usually comes up with a point of view that the group has not embraced.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&&
