However, I feel safe to openly disagree with this person and dont consider this a bad thing and that is why I selected sometimes. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::This person, in my opinion, is friendly and creates an open environment where a person can discuss whatever they want. &?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Not with me. &?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::I believe almost everyone in our department can explain what we do, the purpose of our department is up for debate. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::To be fair this person has said if I ever wanted to discuss my performance Im always welcomed to come into his office. However, while observing my performance either through demonstrations, meetings,etc and any interaction with have together if he sees an area I can approve on or offer any advice I would gladly accept the advice through an email. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::In my case, all my actions and results are my own doing. There is no grooming/mentoring and this is not good. &?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::Please see # 17 comments. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Some people are accustommed to being average and dont care or approve as to what direction we are going as long as their salary is being paid. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::Goals are obtainable, consistent, visible, and evoloving. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Our expectations are defined in the total army performance evaluations, how clear they are is up for debate. &Honesty- provide feedback or authority as you see fit
