This leads to confusion sometimes over who is responsible for what aspects of a job. &?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::We do often forget to include everyone in discussions and inevitably the excluded person has valuable insight. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::I feel this is one of our stronger tendencies. &?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::We tend to show quiet appreciation on the management team although we promote open acknowledgement of team work amongst the technical staff. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&Arrive at a clearer understanding of the responsibilities of individuals.
