&Research, Development and Engineering::&::&I dont know::&I dont know::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Main concern for most individuals would be timeliness of action&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Theresa routinely does this. However, I cant comment on the feedback process with these individuals once a decision is made.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Theresa is a very direct individual which I beleive is a strong trait. Individuals understand her perspectives immediately.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I beleive this is the case because Theresa holds herself accountable for her employees actions.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Team builidng skills are strong.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Theresa genuinely care for her employees and routinely meets with them to praise or counsel. I checked usually because of recent concerns with timeliness of formal reviews which I know she has taken personally.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I checked usually because there are instances where Theresa assigns work and has burdened herself with conducting the work of others&&&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Theresa has made tremendous strides in this area. While she has always been goal oriented she sometimes had difficulty in setting realistic timelines to achieve said goals. She has begun to institutionalize processess to allow her and her team to be more successful in this area.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Theresa has a genine care for all employees always affording her trust in them. It is encombent on the employees to maintain this trust.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Theresa is goal oriented. The one challenge has been knowing when to adjust workload across here areas of responsibility&1. Resilience - Deals effectively with pressure; maintains focus and intensity and remains optimistic and persistent, even under adversity. Recovers quickly from setbacks. Effectively balances personal life and work.
