&To support the Army mission and provide solutions for soldiers::&The list is broad, and assumes I am doing a good job. However, based on what I have learned and what I have done I would say the following: 1. Ability to organize and priositize. 2. Being an active listener and an engaging communicator. 3. working hard to be clear in what I want from people. 4. Determination::&I tend to look at leadership theories that emphasize the relationship betyween the superior and the subordinate.::&Tough one. I would look at leadership improvement from the aspect of my effectiveness in getting people to perform their assigned work. this includes a level of quality and timeliness. By this measure though I may not be too successful lately.::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I am in a new role as a second line supervisor, and will be implementing this. Ability to both empatize with people while also telling them to do something they do not want to do.
