Many people are expressing unhappiness with some of the changes going on and the implications to our future success.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::When/If we are told of them (goals), Randy seems to align with those goals direction.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Always listens.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Quiet guy, holds cards close to his chest most of the time.&Im having a hard time coming up with an answer, as Im not entirely sure of his style. I guess I could say maybe a little more proactive responsiveness to achieve OUR GOALS in OUR Branch vice going along to get along with the other Branches.::
