&I liked the advice after vendor presentations that we should always follow up their claims with an actual audit to see if it works as easily as it is presented.::&I would have preferred to start a little later say around 8%3A30 but could see why it had to start at 8%3A00. There were some sessions that were so technical that it was intimidating to ask a question.%0D%0A(David Ayd%27s presentation) ::&The instructors were all well informed and each one had a specific style that kept me interested in the topic. Joe was espercially good and I liked Bill%27s manner of explaining complicated issues in an easy and understandable way. I then moved to the Software group and worked in the SNA support group. I supported SNA and IP peripherals that connected to the mainframe as well as the various software products used by the user community for IP and SNA. I am now the manager of the Mainframe Network Services Group at PWGSC.
