&I+was+most+impressed+with+the+broad+spectrum+of+subject+materiel+that+was+presented.++The+facilitator+did+an+excellent+job+of+making+the+participants+feel+well+at+ease.++I+was+impressed+at+the+intimacy+of+the+awareness+sessions+and+the+audience+size.++I+enjoyed+the+freeflow+discussion+between+the+audience+and+presentors.++This+really+put+me+at+ease+in+the+sessions.++I+felt+that+as+a+participant+that+you+did+not+have+to+be+a+technologist+to+understand+the+concepts.++In+fact,+many+things+became+clearer+to+me+as+the+sessions+went+on.++::&The+only+difficulty+that+I+had+was+trying+to+maintain+my+focus+in+the+afternoon+after+lunch.++It+think+that+is+normal+after+a+meal.++I+believe+the+afternoon+sessions+would+have+to+be+designed+to+be+more+interactive+to+maintain+the+audience.++I+believe+the+numerous+short+breaks+help+to+revive+the+participants+in+the+afternoons.::&I+was+very+impressed+with+their+knowledge+depth+on+their+subject+matter.++I+also+felt+that+once+they+got+to+know+their+audience+they+could+easily+tailor+the+discussion+to+their+needs.++There+was+only+one+instructor+that+I+felt+was+inexperienced+or+maybe+unprepared.++However,+his+presentation+quickly+picked+up+once+he+understood+what+the+audience+wanted.::&I+have+no+suggestions+at+this+time.::&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::I+liked+the+informal+atmosphere+and+the+opportunity+for+freeflow+dialogue.++I+felt+that+this+really+enhanced+the+information+sharing.&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::I+was+very+pleased+with+the+Glossary+and+other+materiel+as+a+take+away.++This+allowed+me+to+focus+on+the+discussion+and+not+worry+too+much+about+note+taking.&TRUE::&Given+my+current+position+and+responsibilities+I+found+all+the+topics+of+interest+therefore+I+do+not+have+any+suggestions.::&I+have+been+in+the+Industry+for+approximately+29+years.++My+primary+strengths+are+organization+and+management.++My+primary+area+of+responsibility+is+to+manage+a+2nd+level+Print+Operations+Support+group.++We+are+responsible+for+business+resumption+of+three+regional+production+centres+who+process+of+Receiver+General+payments+on+behalf+of+the+Canadian+Federal+Government.++They+are+responsible+to+ensure+the+laser+print,insertion+and+distribution+processes+are+up+and+running+to+meet+service+levels.++::&?0?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx::This+was+arranged+centrally+through+our+organization.&No+comments.++I+did+not+have+any+negative+feedback.::&Yes+you+may.++I+found+the+awareness+sessions+very+informative+and+current+to+today%27s+technological+environment.::&::&?0?1?xxx?xxx::&::
