&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::While at times we did have some heated discussions, <BR>Julian was very open to other peoples opinions. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Julian gave everybody the time of day and did what <BR>he could for the betterment of the team.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Julian was always conscience of the people that <BR>certain decisions would effect.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::At times he was set in his ideas and even though he <BR>listened it was at times hard to convince him to go <BR>another way.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Julian was good at keeping us on track.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Our team never looked at it as "Who was right and <BR>who was wrong", he just worked as a team to correct <BR>it.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::We always worked as a team when doing the reality <BR>project.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Julian was always aware of everybodys background <BR>and what they had to offer.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Julian always gave encouragement to all team <BR>members.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Julian held people accountable for their actions&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Julian was open to new ideas but at times it was <BR>very hard to get him to change his mind on certain <BR>ideas.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Julian was aware of what made the other members of <BR>the group "tick" and took that into consider when <BR>making bold statements.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Julian did his share of the work load in the <BR>project.&-being able to have more of an open mind when

<BR>listening to other team members ideas.::Julian was great to work with during the project. <BR>He was one of the leaders and came out with great <BR>ideas. He also did a lot of research on his own in <BR>preparation for our meetings. I was a pleasure to <BR>work with him.
