&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tom was very open to others team members ideas.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Tom had the same consistent in his actions and <BR>personality during the project. He never hit any <BR>highs or any lows.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tom was always very good in giving other the <BR>opportunity to express their ideas and listened to <BR>them without interrupting. &?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Tom was at times quiet at times and hard to figure <BR>out where he was on certain aspects of the project.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Tom normally had his homework done before making a <BR>decision and making statements. He had some <BR>information to backup his decision or statement. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::We never really had any major confrontations during <BR>the reality project.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::We never pinpointed blame, we just worked as a team <BR>to move along. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tom was always well prepared for our meetings and <BR>was a team player throughout.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tom always talked to all team members with respect, <BR>it did not matter what background they came from.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::If Toms had a different perspective on and idea or <BR>how to present something, he was always had a <BR>engaging way to present them.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::As a team we did not, for the most part, have to <BR>call anybody out for non-performance. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Tom was very receptive to others point of view.&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Tom did what was asked of him and had a lot of input <BR>during meetings but was not really demanding of <BR>others.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::When some team members spoke up during some <BR>emotional times, Tom was very understanding of their <BR>concerns.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&Would have liked to see Tom answer e-mails faster

<BR>mails.::It was fun working with Tom during the project. He <BR>was a very even tempered person, nothing seem to <BR>upset him. He seemed well composed and nothing you <BR>through at him bothered him.
