for RAI. My relationship with him has been strictly
on the project management end of his
responsibilities.::&Jason has been a project manager on several of the
projects that I have had the pleasure of running
for this company. There are several reasons I
would consider Jason an effective leader. His
dedication to the project, openness with people
that he works with, and when necessary his
assertiveness with the team so that everyone knows
exactly what is expected of them to meet our
common goal. ::&Jason and I have always discussed solutions to
issues that arise during the course of a project.
It may be scheduling, manpower burn rates, progress
tracking, change order pricing or gear package
reviews to name a few. The key point that I am
trying to make is that he is always willing to
discuss these task with me so that we can bounce
ideas off one another. Having two people reviewing
task such as these helps minimize costly errors.
His openness builds a mutual respect and trust
with the team. ::&The only thing that I am aware of that RAI has done
to measure leadership skills and to make
improvements is this 360 degree assessment that we
are working on now. ::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::I have never been afraid to disagree. That is part
of the communication process of working as a team. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Jason has always followed up on what I have asked
him to do. If he says that he he will take care of
something for me he will. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::As I said earlier in this survey we speak on a
daily basis when we are working together.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::We worked together on a project that involved 11
different job sites. I was a General foreman and
had sub foreman for each site. When a job was not
looking good with the hours he would not hesitate
to call me and let me know so that we could work
together on a plan to correct the problem. &?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::This does not apply to my relationship with him
directly but I have noticed that communication
between all members of the team has room for
improvement. I think that the management team
realizes this and has taken steps to improve
communication starting with this 360 assessment. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::Jason has always used my knowledge of the trade to
help make decisions&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::He has always given me the tools that I need to be
successful. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::On our last project we started tracking progress
based off of historical averages. This was
something that I have never tried before but
proved to be a great tool to make sure that the
project was moving along as it should. I will
definitely use this on future projects. &?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::&&I cant think of any. :: Not Scored by Definition
