difficult position where my subordinates were
co-workers prior to my promotion, so I dont

opportunity for this yet.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?xxx?4::I try to take a persons strengths and weaknesses

footing.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::Id like to think this is happening.&?xxx?1?xxx?xxx?xxx::My direct reports are pretty well versed in their
roles at this time, so not much teaching is
necessary but I do take the time if it is needed.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::They seem to be receptive to changes.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::I like to consider others suggestions to make
processes more efficient but I will voice my
opinion if it dont think the suggestion is
accomplishing our goal.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?2?xxx?xxx::Being new to the role, I havent had much of an
