These impair his ability to adapt to change at times.&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&?xxx?xxx?xxx?3?xxx::&Jim is very good to work with from an outsiders perspective. His convictions and moral standing give me comfort that he looks to always "do the right thing". However, Jims convictions are also a detriment to allowing him to fully embrace the CFO leadership role.
