Needs to let others help in times of stress due to whatever issues may come up. Kind of got lost for a few weeks and should of helped the team understand what was going on in his life. Team would of gladly picked up for him and did because of respect for him. better communication would of been a courtesy.&Continue to help build a balanced team by offering insight, opinions, solutions etc. People will follow you because they will trust you. You offer a stabilizing effect to a group. Be more vocal leader.
Challenge and question more - dont worry about hurting feelings, changing direction if its for the best for the team, project etc. You are smart enough to help make those decisions and set direction.
Continue to focus on your growth as a leader, read books, take classes, learn from others - good and bad, find someone to mentor and help that person.
