The experiences he shared with the team, particularly regarding his career prior to joining TNB, were helpful in making points and illustrating his point of view. He was also very commited to the team, demonstrating his commitment by making himself available from Europe for team conference calls, in many instances at times very onconvenient to his personal schedule and without complaint. He displayed well-developed leadership and teamwork skills throughout the reality segment of the program. I found very little need for improvement, except, perhaps, in being overly conciliatory. He often values others opinions, and may not put as much value in his own, or perhaps be willing to take a stand for them.:: Not Scored by Definition
